Use the old intel cpu cooling for video card

Hi all!
i'ts my first thread for me in this fourm so i pretty excited (lol jokeing).
sooo i want to change my old dusty geforce 5200 card drive in the Intel cooling budy of the cpu.
i just wanted to ask you guys if there have someone here that made it before and can give me advices and picture of what he did - its will be very nice and helpfull for me. and if you have any idea how to put the cpu coling body on the 5200 its will be nice too.
