I am going to do a push pull to try it out. My question is this, whats the best way to wire up this setup?

Wire the setup? Put one on the 1 side of the heatsink and keep the fan in the same orientation and put it on the other side.... Wahla push/pull config. Ideally the air would be flowing outside the case.

NO LOL I meant how to WIRE it. I have only 1 PC FAN plug. Do I HAVE to use the pc fan plug and any of the available plugs?

one pc fan plug on the MB or straight from the psu? Hopefully from the PSU. I'd purchase a 4 pin to 4pin+3pin if I were you.

Can't believe with that PSU you don't have anything left... i guess if you didn't want to wait, you could strip a little bit of the wires on one fan, cut the ends on the other, twist it on, solder it, tape\hot glue it...

Wouldn't put two fans on one motherboard connector though, especially 120s

Do not hook both of the fans up to 1 header on the motherboard. You will fry it since it will be pulling more current out of the fan header than its rated for.

Defiantly not a wise idea.

What do you mean anything left? I have 2 open ports left on the Kingwin PSU. I have connectors to adapt molex to the fan plug.

Anpther question why cant the Asus fan xpert work? I Hate it unless I am missing something. If I could spin the cpu fan at a higher rpm I am sure it would cool better, no?

oh good, going from the psu. (shew) so yeah, combine the wiring and you're good. if a fan is directly connected to the psu, it'll run full power. the mb can only control what's connected to it (should be a menu in the bios somewhere, and or a utility you can install to control it in windows). Read the manual and find out whether it has a full speed setting or if you ahve to disable its control to get full speed... experimenting may be faster.

You definitely don't have to use the PC fan plug, and shouldn't, just plug em right into the PSU. If it's too loud, get a fan controller (there are ones that you simply connect in the power cord chain).

I have the NZXT fan controller and again unless I am missing something it is nothing more then eyecandy for the simple fact i cannot molex to it nor will it go above 1440 rom's which imho is totally STUPID!!

Is it defective? That seems kinda weak for a fan controller to only go up to 1440rpm lol.

i just have a set of molex to fan adapters in my case. even at full whack the fans are pretty much silent, which is good, because the molex power connectors don't allow me to regulate their speeds.

the adapters came with my case. very poorly built, out of 3 i managed to bend till unusable, 2 of them.

I have the Noctua P-12's for the cpu they are SUPERquiet so i should be good with 2 at full blast! (I hope) LOL!

So I will daisy chain the 2 Noctua Fans into one molex then directly to the psu. I hope this brings my temps down. I used to idle as low as 33 on the cpu now for about 3 days in a row I sit at 42/43?

The maximum numbers on the NZXT Sentry LX says 1440? Which again if I am missing something is totally stupid. Heres the link to the controller.

Does anyone know if the Noctua P-12 really ONLY maxes out at 1400 rpm's?? If so ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Where my STOCK i7 fan is 1200!!!! (I use that for the backplane cooling now).

Take into consideration different fan versions rotate at different speeds.

I mean some NB and even GPU fans spin at nearly 5k. If the fan is big, it doesn't need to spin as fast to get a good amount of air flowing through it.

And here are some specs on it....

1300RPM is the top or rated speed.
