190.38 beta drivers up

Usual spot on Nvidia's site. Just a quick heads up.

whats it do man, whats it do?

if you have a hot card like a 295, these offer much better support for the power saveing features

i noticed with the last set of drivers, if you crashed your rig a few times, it would "break" the driver, causeing it to remain in 3d mode until you rebooted. these ones actually work properly in that regard
