I read somewhere that version 11 of ActiveX has been released but even though it works on Vista M$ wants to make it look like its only available for Win7.

Does anyone know about this and can tell me where I get it for Vista?

I think you mean DirectX 11. Anyway, I don't see that it has been widely released yet, nor do I see that it will exclude Vista.

DX11 will supposedly work on Vista SP2.

EDIT: You don't really need to worry though, unless you want to run out right now and blow $400 on a brand spanking new video card.

^ uhh the ati 5870 has been out for a week or so... its a dx 11 card
