recommendations on a 24-25"

Does anyone have thoughts/recommendations on a 23-25" monitor? I'd like to keep it under/around $300.

Both grab my interest because of the input options (composite connectors would make it so easy to hook up an old gaming console when I get that urge), but I have heard reports of input lag on the ToC T240HD due to the TV tuner(and maybe other crap). This makes me worry about the other model, as it has a TV tuner in it as well.

I'm definitely not stuck on these 2 models and will appreciate all suggestions. Are there any alternatives with component or composite connectors? They seem pretty rare on PC monitors, but I appreciate the functionality they give.

I have the monitor in the second link minus the HD option. I really like it and have had it for over a year. It is one of the best purchased I've made in a while. However, I've never seen that monitor in the first link until you just posted it I love how that one looks much better. The stand and bezzle look much more sleek in my opinion.
