MSI G31TMP21 socket 775 had Bios version 4.1, new one was out 4.5 so with that being said. Put the computer together, flashed the bios via the M-Flash saved the old bios yada yada. Flashed it said flash complete or something and rebooted after 3 seconds. PC booted up and I went in bios and then it locked up after setting the Full screen to disable and checking the h/w monitor.

PC won't boot to bios, won't boot to windows, it won't boot. I've tried to clear CMOS, I've pulled the power, the battery. I have the battery out as well as the cmos jumper set to clear right now in hopes that a while of that will fix something(but I feel it won't)

Anyone have any ideas other than RMAing the board back to Newegg?

I'm all ears

nevermind we are going back to 4.4 the sitting for a while cleared it
