Sandra 2002 and it's annoying "MSBB" program

Sandra 2002 now has a VERY annoying Ad-Ware program that leaches from my resources. MSBB is causing my computer to slow down quite a bit (conflict...). If you hit CTRL/ALT DEL you can see it. I'm constantly unchecking it in msconfig. It likes to "re"check itself when I use Sandra. I tried deleting MSBB in the n-Case folder, but Sandra won't work without it
Anyone know any work-arounds for this??

*UPDATE* Got rid of 2002 and reinstalled Sandra 2001se! All is grand!
