5770 Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

I continually crash after about 30min to an hour of gaming. my card is oc'ed a little and i upped the voltages to try and fix it.
Well still crashing so I went to event viewer...

"Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered"

I get that every time it crashes and my green goes a greenish color with vertical lines.

I have to RMA the mobo first. it only runs at 8x and wont go to 16x but occasionally drops to 1x.
