hello its been a long time since i last posted. I finally got around to cleaning my water loop, CPu block and all. I currently have a apogee GTZ for my q9650, I took it apart and noticed that inside the inlet plastic part there is a plastic insert. I googled it and found out its called a jet nozzle plate and its basic function is to spray a jet of water in the center of the heatsink to better cool the CPu, but it also says it causes flow restriction. Anyway i was wondering if i should remove it, and if so will i benefit or will it affect temps negatively? Anyone who has had experience with this block, i would appreciate any info, thanks.

Here is a pic of what i am talking about the site I got it from.
