I would like to get a 3 monitors , what to do think of the combinatio below:

1) 3 x 24" (Samsung B2430)
2) 2 x 24" (Samsung B2430) and one 27" (LG)
3) 2 x22" (Samsung B2230) and one 27" (LG)
4) 2x22" (Samsung B2230) and one 24" (Samsung B2430)

what option is the best ?
I got Sapphire ATI HD 58050

Is it fine to Combine 2 different brands together as my set up??

it's fine to mix brands. just make sure one has display port for some ati 5000 series card. cheap dp to dvi doesn't work for eyefinity, and the adapter that do work is not cheap, something in 100 dollars range.

is it more recommended to get all 3 in same size? or i get mix sizes?

I think 3 the same size will look alot better, and you wont have problems getting your mouse stuck on edges when moving between miss matched monitors.

Currently I got 19" 1280x1024 , so I would like to get two 24" (1920x1080)
is this set up would be fine?

Trash the current monitor.

Get 3 monitors of the same size. Two monitor setups for gaming I can only imagine blow, at least for first person shooters as your aiming reticle would be right in the middle.

You sure that 5850 can push enough FPS with that massive res???

Example:
Radeon HD 5850

Since the Radeon HD 5850 is cheaper, it automatically becomes more appealing just by price alone compared to the Radeon HD 5870. However, when it comes to Eyefinity resolutions there can be big differences between the HD 5850 and the HD 5870. DiRT 2 is a good example, in this game we were able to run with all the new fancy DX11 Tessellation effects at 5760x1200 on the Radeon HD 5870, but we were not able to with the Radeon HD 5850. The Radeon HD 5850 is the video card where we would call the edge of what you want to be running with Eyefinity resolutions.

I wonder what settings he turned down to get it to run like that...
I've played with the 5850 and it's power at high resolutions is impressive. I could play basically every game on high at 5760x1200, triple 24" monitors. It easily overclocks to match the 5870 in performance.
