i5 750 turbo boost issue

Hi everyone. So I got my new SSD installed and up to date. Since the install I've tried overclocking with turbo and it seems to not stick for some reason. I have vcore set at like 155. Why is this happening?

My multi will go from 24x to like 9.0x on a snap. With turbo not functioning correctly for some reason. Can some one please assist me? Thanks.

Overclock from bios not utilities
