I currently have my i5-760 running rock solid at 4.0ghz (22x181mhz), it runs super cool at 53C under load...

Trying to do 20x200mhz, 4.0ghz - its not stable at all - isnt DDR3-1600 rated to run at 200mhz fsb?

Heres my ram: http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=243&c1=1&c2=3

CAS Latency 7-8-7-24-2N
Speed DDR3-1600 (PC3 12800)
Test Voltage 1.6 Volts

I know im running the ram at 1T instead of 2T - but what settings should i use? i think if i can lock down the fsb to 190-200mhz i can maybe hit between 4.1 and 4.2 ghz

thanks for any guidance

I would guess that you need more qpi vtt voltage to get stable. As for your question, I think that you can get 1600 at 166 bclk or at 2000 bclk you would just have to change the mem divider
