Which is correct cpuz,cpu-tweaker,realtemp,coretemp say my Multiplier is 20x at light loads

Now TMonitor claims a 12x Multiplier at light loads

Which one is correct at light loads tests

RealTemp and recent versions of Core Temp follow the method recommended by Intel in their November 2008 Turbo White Paper. TMonitor and CPU-Z do not follow this method. At light loads, CPU-Z tries to report the full multiplier for consistent validation purposes. TMonitor is showing some sort of load modified multiplier that may not accurately represent the physical multiplier of the CPU when lightly loaded.

Here's a link to some testing and the discussion we had about this over on XtremeSystems.

RealTemp 3.60

This download also includes another program called i7 Turbo GT to give you a detailed look at what each thread of your CPU is really up to. It works on Core i7 as well as Core 2 based CPUs.

TMonitor is a joke. A bad one. Fancy meaningless graphs and that's all.
Trust uncle's gem called RealTemp or The Coolest's CoreTemp.
