Not being an *** here, but have you tried googling the recent expansion packs name and throwing in the word review?
I would do it and link you to whatever I found, but I don't know the name of it and most game sites are blocked at my work. Just an idea though.

learning skills removed, so if you had a bunch already trained you can distribute all those extra points to any other skill. yay marauders and dreadnoughts lvl 5

Typed in "eve online incursion review" on google, no results that sound like reviews. Well one about Planetary Interaction Changes in Incursion, but I was thinking for the whole game.
