yes its pretty good, its on par with most of the mid range AMD X4 phenom IIs the 945 is superior so thats generally where the cut off point is

You should probably look something like that up to figure out which brand it is - that is pretty easy to find, and doing a little work on your own shows you are trying which people like to see.
It is an alright chip for its time, but its pretty long in the tooth these days.
