Will I need a hard drive cooler? Im getting a 500Gb 7200 rpm Seagate Barrucuda with a 32mb cache. And ill be playing fsx. What makes a hard drive get hot?

Its an atx case. Heres a pic on ebay

I thought I was getting something good but it got here today and its really cheap made. I could stand on my old dell case but I all most have to be careful how i pick this one up.
It will work though. If it doesn't ill make it work.

Long as some airflow inside the case is present and an intake is in the front. No, you will not need a cooler.

You do not always need a front fan. Long as the flow can be exhausted.

I'm going to cut a hole in the top for a 120mm exhaust. I'm also going to have 1 intake in the back and 2 intakes on the side. I know I should have got a better case but it was cheap and has a 1 year warranty. No front fan. I might cut some holes there for breathing room.

Most likely not, unless you have some money to blow on something, even then I wouldnt buy one.
