i2500k blue contacts?

bought a i2500k cpu and while looking at the contacts on the underside i noticed 3 of them are blue. is this normal?

This is what a 2500 chip should look like:

Are you saying that 3 of the pin contacts on the bottom are blue? Like a royal/painted blue or just discolored? Does it clean of with some rubbing alcohol?

nevermind your picture just confirmed that my chip is normal i was referring to the inside points on the top left where 3 of the points are blue , thanks for putting my mind at ease.
