boot but does not boot totaly

ok after o/c my trinity 400 with a p3 733eb i burn my ati radeon ve so to make sure i didnt burn any other component i took my old pcchips board and tried the component and notice that the network card was byebye but the rest was ok so i got a old monster fusion from a friend so that i could build my tyan back now here is a new problem, it boot the bios it does the windows startup screen then it shows you the 2000 boot windows and second after showing you that screen it turns bleue and it is writen

and then it tell me to check for virus and the hard drive for corruption and then to restart the computer
N.B.:i did not reinstall my windows 2000 but i uninstalled all sound,graphic and network driver
