Hey I am new to Overclocking and would like some help to OC my CPU preferably to around 4 Ghz.

Intel i7 950 @ 3.07 ghz (Under Water)
MSI X58 Pro-E
2x Geforce 460 GTX SLI
6 gigs Corsair 1600
Thermaltake v9 Gaming Case
Extreme Gamer Series 1250 Watt PSU.
