Hi guys,
I brought my external last week and i set my password using WD Smartware and this night i format my external to clean it up. Inside of my external HD there is a folder there where WD Smartware is located(installer). I thought when i formatted it will back to factory default settings like other hardware. But after i formatted it, the folder is gone and i don't have any back-up of it. I try to recover it using EASEUS recovery partition but it takes a day before to recover the whole HD because i have many files.
I go to the WD site but they have only a updater not the installer i needed. Someone of who have that please upload it so i can download it.
