SOLVED GPU-Z showing wrong mem speeds

I am having a problem where GPU-Z is showing the wrong speed for my memory. In MSI Afterburner I have my oc setting @2050 but it only shows up as 1005 in GPU-Z. I save the changes to make sure they take effect and same thing. What can I be doing wrong? Thanks.

Well I think it's normal for gpu-z to show half you memory oc, as mine does this, but 1005 isnt half of 2050.

I messed up it actually shows it @ 1075 which I think I understand why if it is the same as DDR-3. Thank you for the response.It makes sense now.
