What can I upgrade my HP Pavillion Slimline S5210UK to?

Hello, I own a Slimline S5210UK by HP it features:

Memory: 4GB
HD Capacity: 640GB
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB
Optical Drive: LightScribe DVD-SM
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit)
Processor Type: AMD Athlon II X4 processor 620
Operating System Installed: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce GeForce 6150SE chipset
Standard Memory: 4 GB
Memory: DDR3-SDRAM
Memory Slots: 2 DIMM sockets.

I was curious as to whether I can upgrade my Processor and Graphics card to enable me to run Battlefield 3 more smoothly, and what compatible hardware i have available thanks!

You'd want to OC that CPU (new motherboard, aftermarket cooling) and get a new GPU (new GPU, new PSU).
