Time for a new drive?

It might help us to know your system spec's, or at the very least the make and model of your current drive. But from the SMART results you posted, run a chkdsk /R on the drive from the command prompt w/ elevated privileges (Run as administrator), then re-check the SMART attributes.

Hardly any processes running
I tried doing a disk check from disk properties it got to step 4 and sorta hung

there a way to soft patch sectors maybe?

Still waiting for you to post your system spec's like I asked, including the make and model of the drive. In the meantime schedule CHKDSK to run on startup using the /R switch, then reboot your PC.
