Best hs/fan for oc a p3 866

hey all I am in need of a new hs/fan because my golden orb isn't holding up it's end of the bargain when I overclock my cpu... now I'm currently overclocking my p3 866 to 1007@155 fsb @ 1.75vcore and the load temps range from 45-55c and I want a hs/fan that could get me temps in the 38-45c range any suggestions??

To narrow it down:

Volcano 7+
And second would be the Swiftech MC-370.

Make sure you use a good fan with it.

from reviews I've read the volcano 7 is for amd processors... I need one for the p3

volcano 7+ is using the clips, which will fit all Socket A and Socket 370. I'm talking about the 7+ (All copper), not the original 7, I think the original 7 was just a bad product from Tt.

oh alrighty... but my wholesaler doesnt sell the 7+ and they only sell the mc370A does that mean that it is for the amd chips???
