I have little experience with overclocking but I managed to get an overclock of 50% on my CPU using some manual input. this gave me DRAM:FSB Ratio of 1:1 However, in doing so I think my temps might be high and would like the input of someone more experienced. My system doesn't give any problems until I run Skyrim on high (not ultra) settings. There is delay and stuttering when loading into a town or out in the open. Being inside a building or cave it disappears.
Current temps are linked here:
Build:

GPU: GTX470
Heatsink: ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
