Graphic's Card or Processor

Hi Community,

I built a budget pc a while back, just for general tasks and a little graphics work now and then.

The two main components in my build are the Processor

INTEL CELERON G540 2.50GHZ

and Graphics Card

EVGA GEFORCE GT 520 1025MB


Now i want to upgrade one or the other but i dont know what would be best upgrading the Processor or Graphics card. So you choose and give me your opinion

Either

Novatech GeForce GTX 650 1GB GDDR5 or 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i3 3220 3.3GHz Socket LGA1155 - OEM.

And dont worry the motherboard and psu can do both.

If you don't game, don't worry about the GPU. Get a faster CPU.

Well the only games i play are civi 4 and transport tycoon - i do use photoshop and dreamweaver - if that would sway your argument
