hey everyone

i'm building a pc for the first time, i have limited money(around 650€ max)
and i want to know how much wat my power supply should have/ what cheap power supply you reccomend
i might be overclocking the cpu and gpu after a while

i'm thinking of these components
ASrock 970 extreme3 motherboard(72.90€)
amd FX 8350 4GHz 8core(187.90€)
club 3D radeon HD 7850 royalqueen 2GB(179.90€)
sharkoon vaya tower (29.90€)
Western Digital WD5000BPKT( black 500GB 7200RPM)(58.90€)
G.Skill 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit with timings CL8 8-8-24 (74.90€)

i'll be using this PC for gaming, some small video editing, game recording, photoshop, programming, using virtual machines and i will be running windows and maybe linux on it

what do you guys think? what components would you guys change? what power supply should i choose? i can't really spend more than 650€ on my PC, preferabbly under 600€ but it's alreaddy 611 without power supply, maybe some money saving recommendations?
maybe i'll add a new graphics card in future to crossfire with the HD7850.
and i'll try to overclock some components as well

This MoBo will allow only very limited OC (weak VRM's).

I'd invest in a Ga-970a-ud3 (8+2 VRMs, around €85/€90) that'd give you a bit more headroom for OC'ing.

A 550W PSU (corsair, OCZ) will work for you, leaving (again) some headroom for OC'ing as these CPUs are really power hungry when OC'ed.

But, withing this budget range, I'd go with a 3570k, a cheap z77 MoBo (Asrock Extreme3 Z77), a hyper 212 HSF and a 450W PSU. And take this CPU to 4.4/4.5GHz

Welcome to the Forums OP but the bad news is i would not put that CPU in that Motherboard or choose to use it! Yes it might work at stock, but the VRM Section and Power Phases are only 4+1 not strong enough! To carry the voltage and load a series 8xxx chip needs even more so if you where to Overclock it. AJ. ;)

P.S. Please click the ASROCK sign and check out your motherboard!

If you want a idea for a motherboard for that CPU please kindly check out this list OP!!

Good call Ajay

damn that will be too expensive, with i5 3570K and extreme3 z77 it costs 60€ more
does annyone have some recommendations to save money/cheaper alternatives
