Curious if anyone has been following or interested in said game?

I know I've been playing the X series since X3 came out. Since then I've been playing on/off over the years.

Anyways just wanted to see if anyone has been following this. It looks great!

I caught wind of Rebirth a few months back and got really excited, like Skryrim in space! I've never played any of the previous titles, tho.

Looking forward to getting. I've been playing the X series for years, and always had fun with it. Has a huge community.

Great chill paced single player space game....

Been following it since they made the announcement.. some years ago now. Really looking forward to this.

Only thing that everyone is talking about is that its vastly different in the way you play it vs the other ones in the series.

Isn't X the unofficial continuation of Free Lancer?

I just picked up a copy of that game. Brings back memories!

Ah Freelancer... the game that forced me to play normal, as I played inverted in everything up to that point.
