I see quite a few posts worrying about temperatures, yet few seem to consider the accuracy of the reported temps given back from MoBo readings. At the moment my Gigabyte DXR is reporting my Duron 1200@1330 to be 51 C whilst running Seti@Home, yet the same processor HSF on a friends MoBo is 40 C, whilst on my old Gigabyte 7ZX the temps are 35-37.5 C.

If you have a decent HSF with good thermal paste fitted correctly and good airflow. The MoBo readings MIGHT be the cause of the problem.
