Powercolor R9270x devil waterblock

I do not know, however here are pics of a Devil 270x and a reference 270x

as you can see power cooler is using a custom PCB that IMO makes it impossible for a reference 7870 block to work on this card

If i'm not mistaken the main reason why Alphacool is the only one with a full block for the Powercolor Devil is because they are offering a CUSTOM COOLER Service.
It comes down to this: if you card is not "listed", you can send in the specs and they'll make one that matches for you. As of then that block becomes available in their list for others.

You'll probably have to run it through translate to get the full details
