the only waterblock i can find is alphacool, will an 7870 block fit this card?

thank you! i new to this. if i cover only the gpu, how do i cool the ram?

If i'm not mistaken the main reason why Alphacool is the only one with a full block for the Powercolor Devil is because they are offering a CUSTOM COOLER Service.
It comes down to this: if you card is not "listed", you can send in the specs and they'll make one that matches for you. As of then that block becomes available in their list for others.
You'll probably have to run it through translate to get the full details
