I have swaped the two vid card I have in my sig, b/c win2k doesn't support the ATI.
The fan on that TNT2 is sooo small and crapy, and mainly noisy. I replaced it w/ an old 40mm fan I had lying around, and I also WD-40ed all the other non-80mm fans in my sys, the CPU fan, northbridge (that was disconnected). now I can hear my HDD again, something I couldn't do b4, its much better right now, especialy w/o this annoying TNT2 fan
PS: I really didn't know where to put it, in the cooling or GH, so I put it here cause it concerns fans.
