Big Trouble with MSI 6337LE5

I just bought this I815 MSI board with a Cel A 1.1GHz and used my other box components to test it, everything works in the other box (a athlon 800Mhz).

The problem is that I cant boot, after plugging the drives, mem and agp video card.
The board is beeping ... like forever .. actually it never stops, and a strange kind of beep.. like an police alarm, not the regular error beep.

The same result I get even if I unplug the video card or even memory.

Does anyone have any ideea whats going on? All setting are auto... fsb/cpu.

I`d really appreciate any suggestions.

If it keeps beeping, perhaps your videocard or RAM is not seated properly in the slot!

The problem was a wrong bios.The cpu fsb was set to 133 "default" in bios.
I had to use a Cel T 1.0 to be able to boot the system.
Now it`s ok.
