Why is my pc cooler with now fan??

Why is my pc cooler with no fan??

in my pc i have to dust fans! and one is(was) seated infront my cpu and when i looked in BIOS at temp it sed 44c* but wen i took it off and looked it sed 36c*???

*The extra fans takes air out*

also tell me which way w cpu fan takes air? is it toward the heatsink or away??

Most Intels (or some, at least) will reduce CPU speed if they get to hot. So if you don't have the fan cooling, they drop their speed so they don't fry.
Maybe thats what happened.

i happen to already no that!
Thats the reason y Intel is more expensive then AMD cos it has a overheat system!
