You could cut the thermistor off and join the wires... Or maybe put it somewhere hotter.

I just tied the probe and the control wire to the side of the PSU, I did not connect them. Of course, I have 4 120mm fans and do not care if the puny PSU fan is running.
I have been told the same as Jab-tech suggested, but have not tried it. If you cut off the sensor and connect the wires it stays on full.

Yes, it does stay on full. It's terribly loud!
