The timing on the Ripjaws is obviously better. They will be used in a z77 i5 3570k.

6 of one, half dozen of the other. You wont notice the speed difference between them (none really due to higher timings on the 1866 sticks).

It's a hard choice. What if I decided to overclock a little?

Go with the Ripjaws. The better timings will be better with sub 1000MHz frequencies, imo.
