2 gig kit problems

I'm running an nf41 at the moment. This is a board from evga with nforce 4 chipset. I bought a matched pair of ocz EB plats 2x 1 gig.

These dimms don't run on this computer in t1 or t2 settings at any timings or any voltage. Memtest errors. Pi rounding errors.

I was wondering if anyone is running the mushkin red line 2 gig kit and if they might be suitable for my board. I've read the mem compatiblity list over at evga.com but it is pretty out of date.

i think both these rams are Infineon based.

I would try to get a new set of those EBs first and then try the Mushkin Redlines. Yes, they are Infineon based.

apparently the OCZ EL Platinum PC3200 2GB 2X1GB DDR400 CL2-3-2-5 184PIN Pin Dual Channel Memory Kit /W Ramsink

dimms run good on this board. Does anyone know what ic chips are used on these dimms.

Strangely my corsair value 512x2 run great at 2.5 3-3-6 t1.
