The RAM is 2133 speed.

In the BIOS, it says it's rated at 1333 MHz

Is there something wrong?

I have a P9X79 WS motherboard and 3930K. The RAM is G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11Q-32GBZLD

Both CPUz and the BIOS are right - DDR (Double Data Rate) is means it's running at twice the clock rate it receives. CPUz shows it receiving a clock of 667mhz, and when doubled that's the 1333mhz the BIOS shows. Chances are you'll have to set speed and timings manually. I don't have you're motherboard, so I don't know where the settings would be though.

Okay I changed the XMP profile to 2134.

Why does CPU-Z show the 667mHz still in the second picture?

The Max Bandwidth field is showing what the JEDEC frequency is, and matches up w/ the DDR3-1333 value shown in the BIOS screenshot you posted (667MHz x 2 = DDR3-1333). Just disregard that, and rely on what's shown as the current frequency in the DRAM Frequency field, which currently matches the XMP frequency and timings of DDR3-2133.
