Anyone tried updating to the F9 bios? I updated my bios to F9 but was still experiencing the same problems I had with the previous bios.
After flashing using the Qflash utility, I restarted my comp. The gigabyte logo came on but I could not bring up the bios setup page (by pressing "DEL"). The bios page came up only after it went through checking for harddrives in the different controller setups.
The problem for me is that the HD controller (ICH5R) did not see my harddrives. I was using bios F6 before I updated to F9. F6 have the same problem with ICH5R not recognizing my HDs. So with the F9, when the ICH5R looks for the HDs and cant see it . It just hangs until it shows the bios page.
I am using F5 now.
