90 degree, or U shaped motherboard front panel connections?

I am looking to clean up the wiring on my pc a little bit more, Im Looking for a 90 degree or U shaped front panel connections. So that instead of plugging in directly in the motherboard I'm plugging in a adapter the plugging the cables into the adapter. I have looked around a bit and I cant seem to find anything. Anyone have any ideas? something like the asus q connector but with a 90 degree bend, also for the audio and usb ports would be nice.
