A8N Sli DLx and PSU

Can anyone tell me if a 20 pins PSU works on the A8N SLI deluxe?

Yes it will but you may want to get a 20 pin to 24 pin converter for better stability. Also for that board if you are planning on using SLI you may want to have at least a 500w PSU with at the least 30 amps on the 12v rail.
