wow that was fast thank you for the responce Now i took one off a different pc and hooked it up but the code it is giving is not one of the ones posted it 2 short followedd by 8 long .. dose any one no what that is ???

For Abit, it is bad GPU or bad slot.
What vid card?
I assume you have the PCI-e power plugged into it.
