are there any step by step sites that can help me to overclock this processor? i have never done this before

Tell us more about your setup (ram, motherboard cooling...) Your best bet would probably be to raise your fsb by a bit, to around 140 or so and increase your vcore. What settings you have available to overclock your processor depends entirely on your motherboard, and ram and cooling determine how high it will go.
