AMD fx 4170 showing 2 of 4 cores

Okay, so my amd fx 4170 (quad core) has been using 2 of 4 cores for a while now, making games hard to play, In bios it says core 3-4 enabled, But on task manager only showing 2, I have latest bios and shizzle

Check this. Go to search and type in msconfig. Go to the boot tab>advanced check the box that says # of cores in the drop down select 4 if it shows then ok out of the utility and reboot. Should fix it.
