2 questions are these any good for overclocking and what about the prices they seem kind of low? Sorry guys kind of new to the overclocking.

Ok, the short answer is that (depending on stepping) the 146 is known for overclockability. For x2's, just pick up a 3800x2 and oc from there, or at least that's what i would do.
