I have gotten a new Antec Nine Hundred V1.1 case ( Product Page ) and have noticed that the top panel female speakers and microphone connectors require that, to plug in 3.5mm stereo plugs, significantly more force be used to fully insert 3mm plugs in the front panel sockets/connectors.

Is this usual for Antec Nine Hundred cases?

My Antec Nine Hundred (think original version) is the same way. Really gotta push my headset jacks into it. After using it a bunch it seems to actually snap in now. Had trouble for awhile with the sockets actually sinking in, had to removed the dvd driver and kinda push them back up.

But mine are difficult as well, but have been working fine for two years.

Thanks SeanBest.

It seems that the Antec Nine Hundred top panel female audio connectors/sockets might be difficult to populate by design.
