any way to pull all files oiut of sub-folders

When I'm in the Windows Explorer mode I have many MP3's that are divided by the artist. So I have about a hundred different folders easy. My media PC will not play the .wma files that are networked through my main computer so I downloaded a great program that converts them to .mp3. Is there a way to highlight several folders and just select all the files within?
