APEVIA FC-01 Multi Fan Speed Controller

I'm considering purchasing this product because it is a PCI slot fan controller that uses molex connectors so from the back of the computer which is more convenient for me I can reduce the noise of three 120mm case fans with just one of these.

My case fans are:

1.) COOLER MASTER R4-L2R-20AG-R2
Rated Voltage: 12 VDC
Current (Ampere): 0.35A ± 10%
Power consumption: 4.2W ± 10%
LED lights have been manually cut

2.) COOLER MASTER R4-L2R-20AC-GP 120mm Blue LED Case cooler
Rated Voltage: 12 VDC
Current (Ampere): 0.35A ± 10%
Power consumption: 4.2W ± 10%
LED lights have been manually cut

3.) Unknown brand 120mm clear fan. Does not run loud at full speed.

Before I pull the trigger I was wondering if there are identical/similar alternatives that are better. Please keep in mind I can't use one that sits in the front bay or uses 3-pin connectors.

I have a few Coolermaster R4's and they use 3pin connectors, any reason why you can't use 3pin?

Edit: remember the molex is for the power, I assume the 3 pin connectors connect into the backplate.
