appletalk on linux

i gots myself a linux box with mandrake 8.1. I cant figure out for my life how you set this darned thing up to use the appletalk protocol, let alone do filesharing using applehsare. I would greatly appreciate help.

you need to have netatalk installed to share your files with apple computers. to see files shared on other computers you also need afps. heres a howto on it. I did this a few years ago, and it's a bit tricky to set up, but once it is it's pretty easy to set up new shares( at least it was, it's probably improved in the last few years).
