I had exactly the same problem. QLED - CPU was lit up. Mine started as abruptly as yours did, but I was never able to save the pc by all these methods above.
Until today that is! I Lookedup all the ideas above and had tried them long ago with no success. The only thing we were missing, was the PSU tests itself!
Try another (stronger) PSU. Worked for me, MB did the POST and and went on as normal. Have a look at it and let me know hay? Hope this helps!
