Considering purchasing this board. Anyone had good experience with it? Also considering buying a P4 2.8 and memory im not sure yet, any recomendations?

Excellent board. Consider the P4P800 to save some dough and loose of few less important features.

NOTE: This should be in the Intel motherboard section.

Cool, thanks for the advice. Any recommendations on memory, speed wise?

I would go with at least 2 512mb sticks of DDR 400, make sure to run them dual channel

and if you decide to buy a 2.8, go with the prescott core.

That's my setup ;P

Hey man nice board i loe it here is my 0.02$ imo

P4C800-E
memory:
2x256 (2 sticks of 256=512mb) ddr400 pc3200 dual channel

now if you eat up memory or want to be up to date this time next year you want 2x512 ddr400 pc3200 dual channel
(in the mobo book read it last night for somthing to do)
it said the most it can hold is 4gb ddr400 pc3200
so dont get more than pc3200

now if you wana oc get the 2.8C
f not get the 2.8E
the 2.8 will kill the 2.8E when oc'ed but the 2.8E is a better deal stock (the 2.8E wont oc mutch mabey go to 3.0ghz stable and the 2.8E runs so hot compared to the 2.8C)

i recomend
P4C800-E
2x512 ddr400 pc3200
2.8C
